Resolution Agent

Essential Functions: Print delinquency list and daily call lists. Contact delinquent accounts via telephone to collect past due fees and/or set up payment arrangements (minimum 40 contacts per day, maximum 100 calls per day). Prepare daily collection reports for management. Prepare demand letters for delinquent accounts daily. E-mail immediate supervisor daily with number of calls and/or collections made. The hours are Monday - Thursday, 4pm - 9pm and Saturday 8am - Noon. You will have 24 hours a week. Job Specifications: Proficient in the use of the telephone system. Intermediate Excel and Word experience. One year previous collection experience. Excellent oral and written English skills A drug test and background check will be conducted on all new hire candidates. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
