While we have had thousands of owners successfully log in, below are a few common areas where we have seen trouble for our users.

“I can access the main page(s) but not any of the “Secure Pages” such as “Contact Us” or “Owner Log-In”.

Your site is secure and uses encryption technology. This means that certain older versions of your internet browser might not support encryption.

  • If you’re using America Online (AOL), to connect to the Internet. We have seen some problems if you’re using a version less that 9.0. If you have AOL version less than 9.0, you may need to use Microsoft Internet Explorer. The Internet Explorer icon can normally be found under the Start menu, then under the tab programs.
  • Make sure that you’re using at least Internet Explorer Version 6.0. If you are using a version less that 6.0 you may experience problems, on the web site.

Also, the secure pages of the site are more sensitive to your browsers security settings that other pages. Some people raise the security setting to not allow “cookies” or secure data transmission. If this is a possible case, try the following

  • Open Microsoft Internet Explorer
  • At the top of the screen on the top menu bar, click on the Tools button.
  • Once the Tools button expands, scroll down to the Internet Options Button, click on it
  • Once you click on Internet Options button, a new window should open up.
  • In that window there should be a menu bar at the top of the window, find the Security tab and click on it.
  • Once at the Security tab/page, you will see a box entitled “Security Level for this zone”. It is here where you can create “Custom” levels of security that can hinder the secure parts of the site.
  • If your security level reads “Custom”, you can try to reset it the Microsoft Explorer default level by pressing the “Default Level” button. We have tested the site successfully at this level.
  • After completing this step, you may need to restart your computer system. If this is the case, re-establish your Internet connection.
  • Once your connection is established open the Internet Explorer and type in the address bar www.crmlv.com, and try to access your account.


Virtually all problems with accessing the account online feature are during the initial log-in stage given Browser Versions and the security settings as outlined above.
